I worked with Anthony at AJ Madison to replace our fridge and freezer. He was very patient and knowledgeable. After many discussions and confirming the size with a measuring team to come out and the brand that we needed. Anthony walked every step with me and communication via email about the process was efficient and helpful. We even had some issues with some slight damage that was handled with care by Antony and the service team. We love our new appliances and would use AJ Madison again.

The Order, shipping and refund of our installation fee was quick and efficient - no problems. The issue was with their delivery and installation outfit out of Maryland-they were terrible. We wasted a day at home for scheduled delivery that never came despite a text they were 15 minutes away. When they did deliver a few days later the two people found excuses not to install the dishwasher and wanted an upcharge of $250 to install an electric socket that was not necessary. After other excuses, we hired our own commercial contractor to quickly and easily do an effective removal of the old dishwasher and install the new one

I have used AJ Madison multiple times and have always been pleased with their service, prices, and products. I worked with Jen, the Manager at Tysons and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a good service. She personally followed up about my delivery date which was so very appreciated. What I like about AJ Madison vs big box stores is they deliver directly to your condo instead of leaving at front door of building.

I used this company for all my appliances when we remodeled our kitchen back in 2015. Their prices allowed me to make my dream kitchen a reality! Service was good and delivery was fine. The Samsung counter depth refrigerator we purchased has been nothing but a headache, so when it recently gave us trouble, I looked at new models. I did not realize how much more expensive they were now!! I was unwillingly going to spend $3200 to fix it yet again when I decided to Google one last time for a new one. I was so surprised when AJ Madison came up and they had a fridge I could actually afford! I had some questions about removal of our old fridge, so I called in and spoke to Ms. Bobbie Shiers. She was so nice and helped me figure out the necessary services and shipping/truck delivery details. My credit card “security blocked” declined the large sale amount, but she was professional about it and called me back to get the information once I had authorized it with them. After seeing so many negative reviews, I wanted to speak up and share that my experience with them was good! I’m waiting on my new fridge now, and I know they want to provide me the best service they can!😁

Had a great experience at AJ Madison in Tysons Corner. The showroom has a ton of appliances to look through, and the whole process felt really easy and relaxed. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. Shoutout to Miguel especially, he was awesome to work with. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me figure out what would work best without making me feel pressured at all. Really appreciated his help.
