We bought one bed for my son and one bedroom set for my daughter. Lets start with the delivery. We waited until almost 7pm for them to show. the drivers were professional enough i suppose. The bedroom set for my daughter was a floor model, so we expected some dings and dents. What we did not expect were missing bolts and a broken bed rail. Also what we did not expect was the floor model for my son's bed because we were told we were getting the brand new one. The delivery drivers told us they just grabbed the floor model because getting a new one and putting it together would have taken all day. It has missing bolts, mismatch, bolts and screws are poked through some of the boards. initially, I did not think too much of it because I figured, they're a local store and I would reach out to the store and give them a chance to make it right. I noted the damages and issues on the delivery sheet, but received no call from the store. I then called and left a message the days later detailing all of this, still no call from the store. I was giving them a fair chance to make it right before I did this review. I have heard nothing back from them, It has been one full week.
Update
I was finally able to get ahold of the general manager of the store. She replaced the ramp and refunded my delivery fee. She is supposed to be checking to see if she can find me the bolts for my daughter's bed.
