Our thanks to Rick for his professional and personalized customer service. It was a joy to have Rick in our home to repair our Scotsman ice machine. I appreciated his efficient work ethic and professionalism in explaining what he was doing and how he diagnosed the repair issue. Additionally, Rick was on time arriving to our home and called prior to his arrival confirming his arrival time. Lastly, our thanks to Alex for his scheduling to insure service prior to an important occasion for our ice machine to be repaired and operable.

Crystal Ice is a family owned business ran by Craig Coffey and I recently used them to service our Uline and Scotsman Ice Maker in Governor’s Land. I had tried to call over 10 service companies, after 2-3 had already been on site and could not fix our issue, and could not find anyone to make a timely service call. Thankfully, I found Crystal Ice out of Richmond and within 24 hours, they were at my house, and fixed the issue within 30 minutes, when others had tried for months. We all look for good service when we purchase ice makers for our homes or outside patio areas. Craig’s company only works with Ice Makers, so they know all the details of Residential and Commercial Ice makers. Craig with Crystal Ice was simply the best service I have experienced in years. We called Crystal Ice Company in a panic about a Scotsman ice maker that was on the fritz. Patrick was able to schedule us for service the day of the call and sent out a knowledgeable service tech, Eric Phillips. Mr. Phillips called prior to coming to let us know he was on the way and got us back and running quickly. Can't say enough good things about them.
