Zafar was absolutely excellent the whole time—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Delivery and installation were quick and efficient, which made everything even better. Highly recommend!

I walked in looking for a dishwasher for a vacation/rental property - immediately, I was shown recommended options for reliability, low noise, and value. They had high end models as well as mid range options. The price was good and the process was easy! I would recommend them to anyone looking for great value in your appliance purchases.

Cville Appliances: Zafar (Zee) provides high-quality appliances, kind, friendly service, and swift delivery, and he consistently goes the extra mile to help. As a busy mom, I struggled to find a quality refrigerator in Charlottesville until I discovered Charlottesville Appliances. Initially, I was hesitant to purchase based solely on online listings; we all know how that can go, lol. I visited the store and met Zee, who was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. He worked with my budget, arranged prompt delivery, and even assisted with the removal of my old refrigerator. Thanks to Zee, I now have a beautiful, fully functional stainless steel Frigidaire. I highly recommend Charlottesville Appliances and working with Zee, especially if you’re on a budget but still value quality. I highly recommend Zafar with Charlottesville Appliances.
