I had such an all-around positive experience with Davis Appliances from purchase of my new washer and dryer through delivery, scheduling and installation. I would like first to offer my sincere thanks to Ed and Beth for helping me select a washer and dryer with pedestals that would fit in my space and within my budget. I appreciated their professionalism and patience while I made my selection. Ed was a big help with the ordering and Beth with generating a clear and understandable invoice. I also appreciated their flexibility in holding onto the items when they came in while I was on vacation and setting a time for delivery that worked with my schedule. I would also like to thank George for a worry-free delivery and installation. He took such care with every detail from removing the old appliances to getting the new ones into my laundry area undamaged. He also cleaned out the dust and lint before installing the new machines! He tested both machines and cleaned up after. He was efficient and professional and also kind. I so appreciated his amazing work ethic and willingness to answer all my questions. I definitely would highly recommend Davis Appliance. I ordered a Maytag microwave and a Maytag steel gas range and love both of them. I also wanted to say thank you to George who did an excellent job delivering and installing both. I had a burning smell in my home but didn't know where it was coming from. When George pulled my old range out he noticed the plug in the wall had melted so George put a new plug in and the smell went away. A big Thank you to George. George was so happy to find the problem and fix it!!!

George is a great serviceman! Great customer service! He installed my Maytag dishwasher and came back to put the bracket on the side of the dishwasher to make it more secure. He explained everything as he was servicing it. I appreciate the customer service! He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I also bought a wonderful Maytag electric range from Davis supply. I love my appliances from there! Ed is a wonderful manager there. Very friendly and professional! Great place to buy appliances!

Beth found and ordered an oven element for my 1980s stove. She was kind, helpful and concerned about my request. Davis service is able to install the part when it arrives in a couple of days. I am grateful for her help. 1/30/26: Bob at Davis Appliance came today and installed a new oven element. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed our conversation while he worked. Everything was completed timely and efficiently. I would highly recommend Davis Appliance for sales and service.
