We bought a wall oven for our mother, to replace her 30 year old one. The sales experience was great, Mom was able to find exactly what she wanted, at a good price. Installation was fantastic, the crew showed up when scheduled, they were fast, efficient, very professional. We couldn't be happier with our experience. We will definitely purchase appliances from Charlie Fuller in the future. Highly recommended!

Oh my I just had an awesome experience on the phone with Anya....unreal customer service. I'm having an issue with my microwave and Anya went above and beyond to just help me and be upfront with me on things. She looked up part prices for me to fix the issue, shared with me alternative options, went above and beyond to suggest what would be a good route to take and wasn't pushy with anything! Literally just saved me a $90 technician visit to fix an overpriced model of microwave I have that would be much more efficiently just replaced, rather than repaired. But all the while willing to work with me if I wanted to repair the unit. Thank you Anya for your amazing service, focused on helping people, not just pushing what the company may want!

We love to support local businesses and Charlie Fullers was no exception. We bought appliances here 30 years ago and now returned to replace those units. They are very knowledgeable of their different brands , helping us pick the right washer and dryer for our needs. They held the units for a couple of months while we did some remodeling and promptly got them installed once we were ready to go. I recommend them and will return with other appliance purchases when needed.
