Rodney took great care with installing our new refrigerator! He eyeballed the two different paths from the front door to the kitchen and knew which one would fit - and it did EXACTLY. My whole experience with Reliable Maytag Appliance was smooth, professional, and (best of all) our new fridge is working great! I would call them again - I’ve never had an appliance replacement be so easy.

These guys are amazing. Remember when products were built to last and customer service folks took pride in a relationship? Felt like I time traveled back to 1985. Walked in and needed help with a washer. They went above and beyond to diagnose and help. They earned a lifelong customer.

We had been shopping for washers at several different places and found the pricing at Reliable Maytag to be better than anywhere else we looked. We opted to take a washer and dryer home and not wait for delivery. We ran into unexpected issues and contacted the company or some input and guidance. It was Friday night of Halloween and Rodney did not hesitate to come to our house and personally take a look at our washer and dryer set up and help resolve our issues. He was very friendly, extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were fully satisfied with our purchase.

Reliable Maytag will not answer there phone . I set up an appointment and the tech didn’t show up for the service , 3 times I had to reschedule . Now I have parts on order and service scheduled again and no reply on email and no phone calls answered . I’ve used this company for 7 years . It seems to be falling apart from the inside .
