Bosch Kitchen Center

My family's beloved Bosch Universal mixer stopped working after more than 15 years of hard, nearly daily use. I researched online and found Bob, of Bosch Kitchen Center (BKC), repairing the transmission and explaining symptoms; which helped to identity my problem. I purchased a refurbished MUM66 transmission assembly from BKC, and when it arrived I installed with great success. Unfortunately, for some reason unknown to me, the drive socket didn't stay tight and after a few weeks of use it would no longer mix with anything in the bowl. I contacted BKC and was directed to ship it to them for a free repair. I now have it back up and running, and am VERY pleased with the service of BKC. I highly recommend them if you are in need of repairs, parts or some new appliance they sell! Thank you Bob and all the rest at BKC!

Happened to be in the area for a meeting and came in hoping to find supplies for some homebrewing projects im working on. They didnt have what I was looking for, but the two ladies working were extremely nice and helpful, even pulling up a couple addresses for other stores I could check nearby. Excellent friendly service, and a great selection of kitchenware, especially for the home baker.

Purchased a Bosch Benchmark induction range in December 2023. After the appliance failed, Bosch directed multiple service visits over approximately six months. Based on their technician’s diagnosis, I purchased a replacement control board. The appliance remained nonfunctional after installation and was ultimately declared irreparable. Despite the failed Bosch-directed repair process and extended loss of use, resolution has been limited to a discounted replacement offer rather than full remediation. Disappointed with how this situation was handled given the premium positioning of the Benchmark line.

The best Kitchen store in Sandy! Bob, Maria and Austin treat everyone like family! You learn so many techniques in their cooking classes and they are fun! I only shop at Bosch in Sandy for my baking needs! Here is a picture of their Whole Grain Dinner Rolls taught by Maria in their cooking classes! I made these rolls for Thanksgiving! They were delicious!
