Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove by Roth Living

I did not know about Roth Living showroom until I did some research. I called in advance and once we arrived Mary guided my wife and I through a detailed explanation of the items we were interested in. Her approach was totally professional and well done! I love the idea that the distributor offers this showroom with trained professionals like Mary. It was super helpful as we finalize our buying decisions.

Every sales location for every brand needs to learn from Abi! We walked in since we had an hour before a restaurant opened and looking for ideas on our kitchen remodel. Abi greeted us and asked if she could help and we let her know we were just looking. My wife and I are used to places following you around giving you a sales job but they aren't trying to pressure you into anything at this place. On our way out my wife asked Abi what the advantage of a convection oven is. She then explained how she uses hers at home and from a point of view of an every day non-chef. She never told us we had to get one, just simply how she uses hers at home. We walked in assuming we probably wanted to get some kind of convection oven but walked away convinced we need a Wolf convection steam oven!

I’ve had very positive experiences with all the staff members I’ve interacted with. I visited multiple times as we planned out our kitchen reno and they were always willing to offer whatever help I needed: from showing me around and putting together the product list for my dream kitchen (or updating it as things shifted), to providing a tape measure when I wanted to physically confirm several dimension, to answering a million questions to just letting me wander and explore at my leisure uninterrupted. Abi in particular has been extremely helpful and always happy to answer questions and do whatever I needed. She was my go to person through the process and did an awesome job. I am looking forward to attending the demonstration classes shortly.

Make sure you look like you have money when you walk in, and maybe you'll get helped. Looking like a random couple who just dropped their kid at dance class on their day off will get you ignored. We've been walking past this place once a week for about 4 years. Finally went in because we are about ready to build our dream kitchen and... The woman at the front was nice, but didn't help much aside from telling us we could walk around. The woman cleaning up food in back was rude and short. Basically, no one helped us or talked to us or gave us any information. We were kinda excited to finally go in and explore appliances for our new house... and now we are kinda deflated. Guess we will go elsewhere or order online.
