They have a zero return policy, so if you buy something that is non-functioning and you had no way to test it until you get home, you are plum out of luck. Do not buy anything here that you cannot inspect first for full functionality.

Cashier messed up on how many items she scanned and then they tried to refuse a refund because they don’t do refunds, but she was the one who scanned everything wrong. 😑 she also didn’t speak very good English so she couldn’t understand that it was her fault. Everything’s a little overpriced anyway. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Beware: They might lie about inventory over the phone, just to lure you in. I called in multiple times looking for important, time-sensitive items. Both times they answered the phone and confirmed that they "definitely have it"... but they don't actually have it. Might be good just to kill time, but not reliable or honest if you are in real need.

Somewhat misleading. We bought a vacuum that ended up being a completely different model than the box showed. The chamber sticks when emptying it, but they wouldn’t exchange it. However, they did fix another component of the vacuum that wasn’t working. I would just be careful buying big ticket items here and make sure you do your due diligence.

📅 Date of Visit: 10/31/2020 🎃 💬 OVERVIEW - 4.67 Came here out of desperation trying to find a very niche item (a VGA to USB display adapter). (Spoiler alert they didn't have one) 🗺️ LOCATION - 5 I have lost count how many times I have passed this location as I have driven back and forth throughout Orem. They actually have a great location there along the busy Center Street. 💲 PRICE - N/A I honestly could not add a score to this section as I did not make any purchases in my visit as I was in pursuit of one specific item, however from what I noticed from the products they seemed reasonably priced. 👕💻 PRODUCT/SERVICE - 4 I honestly struggled to understand their business model. I think they sell everything that is either new, used, and refurbished. I guess it really boils down to the luck of the draw on what you are looking for. I was on a quest to find a VGA to USB display adapter, however they didn't have any. They came close with a VGA to Display adapter 🔌. 📢 POINTERS/PERKS - N/A I'm sure there are some pointers or perks, but after one and only one visit, I'm not sure what they'd be. 🧑 EMPLOYEES - 5 The young lady at the customer service desk was incredibly friendly and helpful with my very niche search. She however was a little busy, but still did an amazing job of multi-tasking.
