It's hard to provide a fair rating here. You knowingly take a risk when you buy a used/refurbished appliance. They are upfront about their warranty/repair, which is that you need to bring it in to them to have it fixed or swapped. This is difficult if you live far away and have no trailer/truck. We bought an LG fridge in March 2026 with a two year warranty. Thankfully the water dispenser and ice maker were working; they are transparent that they don't warranty this function. This month the fridge stopped cooling. Thankfully we scrambled for coolers and neighbors helped us save our food, but we still lost a LOT of food in the transition. Last week, we borrowed a neighbor's trailer and got the LG down to Orem. We picked a Frigidaire model we have in our rental property, assuming it would be reliable. It's been over a week, and our fridge is at 50°. That's two lemons in three months. As this fridge hasn't worked since the day we got it, I can fault the store for selling us a broken fridge. I can't fault the store for their transparent warranty policy. I can also fault them for not answering their phones or returning their calls. My husband has called multiple times with no success trying to reach someone. Unless you have a trailer or live close by, I would honestly suggest just finding a fridge on KSL or Marketplace from somebody who has used it recently. I regret not spending a little more for something more reliable.

I read the reviews and thought I was safe purchasing an appliance from this store. I purchased a fridge a few weeks ago (April 2026) to replace my leaky one. They give you a warranty, but if there's a problem with the fridge, you have to take it back to the store to get it fixed. The fridge they sold me worked for a few weeks, but now it's not cooling anymore. And unfortunately I already got rid of my old one so I don't have a place to store my food while they fix it, and I'm not even confident the fix would last if their guarantee didn't work the first time. I was assured they tested the fridge before they sold it to me, and I'm sure they did for a few minutes... but that wasn't enough. You may find an appliance that works great here, but just know you're buying something used and you have to haul it back in to get it fixed.

I bought a refrigerator from this place, and the ice maker leaked all over my kitchen shortly after installation. When I called to have it exchanged, I was told the issue wasn’t covered under the warranty. After reviewing the paperwork, I found that exclusion buried in the fine print—but it was never mentioned during the sale, while other parts of the warranty were clearly highlighted. That feels misleading. Something this significant should be disclosed upfront, not tucked away in the last section of a contract. Disappointing experience and poor transparency. I would not recommend!

I needed to make an emergency purchase of a stove/ oven for a widow neighbor. They had a new Kenmore that had a stove burner knob brake off in transit which they replaced with a generic knob. Yes, it looked a little off but the price was only $300. In a highly recognized retail store it would normally sale for about $750 to $900. They give a 1 year warranty with a trade in. I purchased an extra year warranty for just $13 for a total of 2 years coverage. Best appliance deal I ever made! I highly recommend them!

For those on a budget, this is your appliance store. Second hand, used, slightly damaged, and new appliances available. Very helpful customer service and they offer 30 day warranty with item as well as extended warranty options. They warranty in house, so no need for a 3rd party insurance policy. I'll be back for the next appliance.
