Horrible store I went into the store with my truck and picked out a stove I was told by Samantha that no one was in the store to assist loading the stove into the truck she also mentioned that the stove had the incorrect connection and that they would deliver it on Monday between 10am and 12pm. On Monday I waited until 12pm and no one had called or came. I had a doctor's appointment scheduled and had to miss it as she told me they were on there way. The delivery driver arrived at almost 1pm an hour after the time they were supposed to come and he walked in my home and stated that no one would be able to help him get the stove up the stairs and his recommendations was to leave my new $700 stove outside. I told him I was scheduled to have back surgery but I could hold the stove on the dolly but I'm unable to lift it. While waiting for him to get the stove off the truck I saw him going to ask me neighbor for help without asking me if that was okay he had the neighbor whom I do not want in my yard or home due to previous experiences helping him with the stove I came from around the backyard and told him again I would hold the stove on the dolly. As he was taking it up the stairs the wheel got caught on the stairs so I then had to help lift the stove up the stairs. After the delivery driver and myself got the stove in the kitchen he leaves it in middle of my kitchen and stated he is unable to hook it up and Samantha had told me they would ensure the connection fit my older home. The delivery driver then told me it was a liability issue and I asked him how is that a liability issue but having a person facing back surgery help you get a stove up the stairs not a bigger liability and he had no problem doing that. So now I'm left with a stove that I'm unable to use to cook for my family party tonight sitting in middle of my floor unable to be used. I texted whom ever texted me this morning from the store and told them about my experience and how upset I am and let's all they could say was we already gave you the delivery for free and there is nothing else we can do even though our delivery person did many things that were wrong. I asked for the contact information to the store owner or corporate and have not received a response whom ever was texting me ghosted me trying to avoid accountability. I will NEVER go to this store or recommend this place to anyone it's by far the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have attached photos of him asking the neighbor for help and of him bringing the neighbor onto my property without asking me first. The owner spoke to me and only apologized and said they had a bad day. He then proceeded to tell me that they did me a favor already by giving me free delivery when the fact of the matter is they had the incorrect connection on it and no one to change it out on Saturday when I bought it and they also had no one in store to load it into my truck on Saturday. The owner also told me it states on the receipt that installation is not included but I attached my receipt it says nothing about installation not being included. Very untrustworthy company.

Samantha at the Appliance Store was beyond helpful. She went above and beyond even messaging some Possible stoves before I even arrived upon arrival she knew who I was and instructed me to the area of what I was looking for. I had a certain budget and she was thoughtful about that and recommended the LG that was just a slight step above the Samsung and quality. She also made sure To check on the type of prong for the Stove so we had the right connecting devices - She offered to check on the matching microwave which we will also get at some point. Friendly, smart, quick a fantastic representative and made the process smooth and easy. Her ability to understand modern technology and leverage text messaging help me as well. I highly recommend her and when we finish the Remodel, we will come back to your company for the fridge and the Dishwasher!

I recently bought an air conditioner from Sweet Home, and I had a great experience overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they explained everything clearly before I made my purchase. The AC unit works perfectly and cools very well. The service was smooth and professional, and I really appreciated how respectful and honest they were during the whole process. I would definitely recommend Sweet Home to anyone looking for a good quality air conditioner and reliable service.❤️

Nothing but praise for sweet home appliances. From Samantha and Jenny in sale to Francisco in delivery, the customer service was amazing. I bought 2 washers, a dryer, and a refrigerator from Sweet Home and they have been fantastic so far. I went in on a Saturday and the lady’s were very knowledgeable about meeting the appliance needs for my family. They answered all my questions from reliability, price, fitting appliances that met the dimensions of my kitchen and laundry area, customer ratings of the appliances, and of course delivery. If I need to go back and purchase another appliance I will definitely go to them, but the extended warranty they offer should have me set for a good long while. Definitely worth looking into.

Great store, responsive, communicative and upfront with what they sell. GREAT prices and delivery was fair, fast and complete. I bought 2 washer/dryer combo units from them at more than 50% less than retail. They are a scratch and dent store but really, I just need an appliance to work properly. The sales person reassured me they test every appliance for working order, but just in case they also sell a very affordable warranty. Delivery drivers were very fast, friendly and complete. They don’t have a fancy showroom you’re paying for, nor a gazillion sales guys to greet you at the door and stop you while you browse the appliances they have. If you’re in the market for any appliance I would check them out!
