It's always buyer beware, but whith their 3 month warranty for parts and labor and follow on 5 year labor only warranty they try to make sure you get what you want in the end. They certainly did with my last couple of purchases. Also their service team is great and super helpful. Daniella is great to deal with.

The service overall was pretty good, however Mr Guillermo was the highlight. He was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, has excellent communication and very honest. He diagnosed exactly what whas wrong with my old washer, and presented me with quotes for the parts needed to repair. When the parts cost were too high for my budget, he out of his own initiative helped me get a deal on a new one. If ever you contact the repair services please ask for Guillermo, he'll take good care of you and will always be fair and honest.

Great service, quick and easy. Victor was super helpful explaining the options and working with our budget. Delivery man Herman was great also, helped move our old fridge and new fridge around with ease and care. Highly recommend their services!
