My experience with this store was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. After waiting a week for my washer/dryer set, the delivery driver spent three hours claiming he was "on the way" before alleging his truck broke down. When I went to the store the next day, an employee admitted the driver had actually shattered the glass on the set I originally purchased.
When I asked for a refund, I was told to come back to speak with the owner. When I returned, the owner wasn't there, and the salesperson refused a refund entirely. Instead, they forced a replacement set on me, promised a $100 delivery fee refund for the inconvenience (which they never issued), and sent the exact same driver back out.
After waiting 9 hours on the second attempt, the driver finally showed up near 9:00 PM with a worn-out, raggedy set I never selected in the store. To make matters worse, while hauling it in, the delivery driver dented our walls and tore our front door frame. Dishonest practices, terrible communication, zero accountability, and destruction of property. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
