Do not buy from these people. Bought a fridge from them, they delivered it dirty. It broke 6 months after buying it, I said I would pay if they just came out and fixed it since I bought it from them. 3 weeks later and still nothing. Lady at the front said " idk ill call them and if i dont call back just call me tomorrow" horrible business model. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Very great customer service! The staff is awesome. I bought a washer and dryer set from them for 500! Wonderful deal, works great, they delivered and installed it for me. Would definitely purchase from them again!

We bought several appliances here. Nothing worked properly, and while they’ve come to fix a couple of them, they are literally the rudest “professionals” I’ve ever met in my life. They try to blame problems on the customer, not realizing we can overhear them talking about what’s actually wrong. They fix it, but never stop being complete jerks the entire time they’re at your house! Save your time. Save your money. Go literally ANYWHERE else!!!!!!!!

I've seen a lot of people complain about product not working correctly and this situation is no different. We have an appliance from them and it isn't working properly. Now they did come out and fix the first problem, but they are snarky, rude, and extremely unprofessional. The lady is nice, but the two guys are complete jerks. They need to learn how to talk to people. The way they act is just going to turn away more customers. They also need to better examine the product they sell as well. I do appreciate them coming out and fixing it, but this behavior they have needs to be changed. It's very unprofessional.
