I ordered 3dz coffee mugs from here and when delivered 12 of them were broke. I took pictures and sent them in with my email to have them send me 12 unbroken ones. Well instead Ashley responded that she was going refund me $16.05 because she didn't want to break up a set of mugs. Mind you i spent $27 on shipping for the mugs. I ordered 3dz because I needed 3dz not 2! Their customer service is terrible! She proceeded to tell me I could keep the broken mugs or throw them out. She's a genius for that comment, as if I could possibly use them. This is the second time I've ordered from katom and received broken dishes but this was definitely the last. Do not order from this company you will be sadly disappointed and out money!
