Rent One

I recently got an item from them and was helped with sale by a man named Tyrone who is their sales manager. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable! He actually called me back when the item was not at first available and made it happen immediately. I cant be more pleased with the level of service at their location. When going to pick it up the store manager was also there and she is beyond pleasant and an angel to deal with. The store has an unbelieveable level of positive customer service and attention to the customer and i would recommend this location to anyone! Very pleased with my product it is well worth the purchase going through Rent One !

Wow, I was so impressed when I spoke with Casey Kelley, the manager of Rent One on Highland Street in Jackson TN. I am disabled and needed quite a bit of help with renting some furniture. She was so helpful, friendly and kind. She was extremely patient with me, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and she did this all for me over the phone! I haven’t had customer service like this in ages. She went above and beyond. I was so thankful & appreciative of her amazing service, that I just had to write this review so other people would know where they could find exceptional help and support. It’s difficult to find excellent customer service, but Casey really gave me exceptional service, and she did it all with a warm and friendly attitude. Casey is who I’m going to give my business to anytime I need to rent/buy furniture. She is truly one of a kind.
