Just picked up a Maytag scratch and dent machine for 43% off. It was a great deal Derek. The sales guy was very very honest. He had plenty of opportunities to say the thing I wanted to hear and had the truth to say instead I greatly appreciated it and that’s why I made a deal and will continue to buy all my appliances at Mike’s.

Extremely upset with the unprofessionalism I received. I bought a washer and dryer and told them I had a family of 6 that I needed something that will last I bought a set and within a couple of loads of laundry the washer machine is broken. whirlpool sent repair people to come out and the part is on national back order and won’t arrive for 6 weeks. Mikes Maytags response was I’m sorry wish I could say something more. So I’ve spent all of my funds buying these machines and now have zero funds to be able to go to a laundromat.

Haven't bought my new refrigator yet, but Mike's Appliance is where I am going to purchase from. Very friendly staff, answered all my questions and was very willing to help me pick out the best refrigerator for my needs. I have a maytag dryer I purchased from them over 30 years ago and it still works great. Thanks for the great customer service and I will be in tomorrow to make my purchase. Thanks again.

I just had a great experience (again) with MIke's Maytag.....My Sales Rep, Josh was very helpful and gave me options on my washer/dryer purchase that enabled me to make a very informed decision. I highly recommend using Mike's Maytag and supporting local business! I also want to add a comment about the delivery gentlemen that came out to both remove my old washer and dryer and install the new units. Both Dalton and Mike were very professional and took their time in the removal as well as the install taking care going through doorways and setting up. They went above and beyond in my opinion. From start to finish, the purchase as well as the install were top notch. A big thank you to all involved!
