Everybody (the staff) is helpful and Jose who took care of us was good and patient. As were one of those buyers that doesnt want to be bothered that much and will call help if needed only. We wanna take our time before we decide especially when buying a furniture and he understood it well. And finally we found what I want size and color that I want.

Jose, Emmanuel, and Ms.Kim House were all very helpful! Jose greeted us with respect and helped us get the best deal that we could get. Ms.Kim and Emmanuel were very helpful in getting the process completed from start to finish. All of them showed great customer service hospitality and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys!

They were so helpful ! Beyond friendly ! I had such a good experience here. They didn't rush me and walked me through everything. They were so patient with us and all our questions and concerns. Jordan was our associate and he found us the perfect couch for our family at such a good price! Emmanuel did out cash out process and he was so fun and made the process enjoyable ! I will definitely be shopping here again !

Danny helped us with our couch, coffee table and end table. He made wonderful recommendations with the specific couch and we can't wait to receive them 😊 *EDIT* We were delivered the wrong side table than what we showed Danny we wanted because they charged us for a different table. Our coffee table was delivered broken. And to fix this issue, they want us to pay more to exchange the wrong side table for the one we ordered to begin with, OR a 40% restocking fee for the furniture we never wanted in the first place. I'll update this again when they correctly rectify this situation, but for now, save your money and go somewhere else. Side note also, it was Ashley furniture we purchased, it's cheaper there so just go that route.

My husband and I visited the store today for the first time. We had the pleasure of Kim H being our sales person. She was very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable of the items in the store. Kim took the time we needed with us for what we were looking for, living room sets, and a bedroom chair. We were not planning g on buying anything today, but with Kim explaining and showing us different sets in the store, we did decide to buy what we needed today. We were highly satisfied with her service and the patients she had with us. I am recommending Kim as the go-to person for this location. She is awesome.
