Royal appliance was assigned to us, to service our whirlpool washing machine, through Lowes warranty. It's always a bit nerve racking to be assigned a random service company this way. But we've been thrilled with Roayl Appliance this week. Especially the young man they sent out, Austin. He was very thorough, making sure we were back up and washing as soon as possible. There were several issues with our machine, but he was able to get us fixed up quickly. He was also very mannerly and tidy. That's a blessing. We've had other companies who've left things messy on their departure. Thank you again Austin! You are a good hard worker and a blessing to your company. Oh, the ladies on dispatch too were wonderful! I can only remember Carla's name but we talked to a couple different ladies. Thanks you Royal, yall are doing things right!!

We had an excellent experience with Royal Appliance Parts & Service. Our washing machine was still under warranty, and the service technician, Austin Bortmas, was outstanding from start to finish. Austin arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, and promptly ordered all of the parts needed for the repair. He worked efficiently, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions. What impressed us most was his professionalism, friendly attitude, and strong work ethic. It’s not often you find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely pleasant to work with. Great experience! Fast, seamless response and scheduling, professional staff, and prompt diagnosis and fix. Javier listened to my explanation of symptoms and quickly found the problem. He explained the culprit and showed me how to check or fix it in the future if i noticed the problem starting again and I wanted to try to do it myself. Royal is our go-to for any and all appliance problems!
