We had an excellent experience with Royal Appliance Parts & Service. Our washing machine was still under warranty, and the service technician, Austin Bortmas, was outstanding from start to finish. Austin arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, and promptly ordered all of the parts needed for the repair. He worked efficiently, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions. What impressed us most was his professionalism, friendly attitude, and strong work ethic. It’s not often you find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely pleasant to work with. Great experience! Fast, seamless response and scheduling, professional staff, and prompt diagnosis and fix. Javier listened to my explanation of symptoms and quickly found the problem. He explained the culprit and showed me how to check or fix it in the future if i noticed the problem starting again and I wanted to try to do it myself. Royal is our go-to for any and all appliance problems!

When your washing machine acts up and you have a service warranty through Lowe’s, what do you do? Call Lowe’s, and when they ask who you want to service your machine, tell them Royal Appliance and Repair. I have no idea how much Lowe’s paid for the service call, but when you get a repair man like Javier, he is worth every penny. He was polite, knew what he was doing, and by getting the parts he needed quickly, the repair was done the very next day. I highly recommend them.
