Absolutely loved my experience when getting my new range/oven. All staff were amazing, helpful and so kind. Prices were very reasonable too. 10/10 will be doing business here again.

No trouble when I requested a refund for a stove I no longer needed. Have bought product from them for years. Best source for stoves and fridges in San Antonio. Busy Landlord.

Bought a GE refrigerator and I'm glad I chose scratch and dent. I saved a bunch of money for a brand new fridge with warranty. Excellent customer service, very helpful staff, quality products. Can't wait to go back to get more appliances.

I’m a repeat customer and I can’t recommend this place enough. I was in need of a new dishwasher and walked out with a top of the line machine in less than 20 minutes. Definitely worth checking out if you don’t want to pay full price on appliances. And if you don’t see anything you like, come back in a week because their inventory is always changing.

5 stars for Hector!! I had such a great experience working with him to find exactly what I needed. He was just full of knowledgeable about the appliances and had many useful tips for installation and delivery as well. He was not pushy at all, very kind and helpful. The prices here are great compared to other local scratch n dent places. Highly recommend!! We will be back soon for our additional appliance needs.
