Superior Appliance San Antonio #2

Our old fridge at home went out, it was overwhelming to think of tracking down a decent scratch and dent appliance at such short notice. I immediately got online and the old go-to store had since shut down. While browsing for stores and checking sites, I came across Superior. Their response on Facebook Messenger was crazy fast! A friendly associate spent time sending me pictures, options, discussing features etc even though it was late in the evening. I was able to go in the very next morning early, made a purchase and had it already pre-chilled and delivered the following day. Highly recommend! Friendly service, quick customer care, large selection of items used and scratch and dent. My new fridge is beautiful, huge capacity and you can hardly see the tiny ding in front. Thanks!

Raciel provided outstanding service during the delivery and installation of our new washer and dryer. He was professional, courteous, and took great care while setting everything up. He also went above and beyond by moving our existing all-in-one washer to the garage, which made the entire process so much easier for us. He worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and made sure everything was in place and in working order before he left. We truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend Raciel to anyone needing delivery and installation services. Thank you for making this a smooth and stress-free experience!
