Mr Appliance

First, the customer service agent was awesome. I really wanted to give a 5-star review. However, I had to wait an extra day to get the machine fixed after being told four days earlier that the part was in stock and a technician would be out Monday morning to repair it. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. I later received a call informing me they actually didn’t have the part. It was frustrating to come home from vacation to a large amount of dirty clothes and then have the washing machine break down. Having to go a full week without a washing machine was very inconvenient. Other than the delay and miscommunication about the part availability, the customer service experience itself was excellent.

While Miele was not super helpful in fixing my coffee maker with their very expensive “hunt and peck” manner of finding the problem, Mr Appliance did their best to make it right. Great experience with Mr Appliance. Terrible experience with the manufacturer! It was the manufacturer’s fault it was so expensive. We paid over $1,000 for parts we didn’t need and that didn’t fix the coffeemaker. Mr Appliance ended up absorbing the cost of the final part they replaced and the many trips out. Had I not heard Miele service with my own ears, Mr Appliance would have taken the reputation hit for them. Martin also fixed an ice maker quickly without issue.

Job will be completed but way too expensive and not honest. We’re going to have the bottom blade of the dishwasher replaced for the second time. The technician came to the house for all of 5 minutes. I don’t understand why the company wouldn’t allow us to have the blade ordered and then replaced without having a technician come to the house first. The company told us we would only be responsible for half the amount but wound up paying the whole thing. Once we get the new blade installed, we’re done with this company.
