Mega Furniture - SW Military

Amazing Experience at Mega Furniture! We had a wonderful experience with Mega Furniture, and especially with David T. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We purchased furniture for an entire two-bedroom apartment, and the prices were fantastic. Having delivery and installation included made the experience even better and incredibly convenient. We are extremely pleased with everything we purchased and the level of service we received. Great prices, excellent customer service, and an overall wonderful experience. Thank you, David T., for taking such great care of us! We would absolutely recommend Mega Furniture and David T. to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent service.

I was helped by ISIDRO and he was a tremendous help to me and my family! He was also very patient with my kids and they starting going wild after a while. When it came time to placing my order, Isidro and management were very helpful in the finance section got me with some EXCELLENT discounts! Overall great experience and customer service! Will definitely be coming back and referring friends and family to him and this store!

David T. was absolutely outstanding! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He made sure we fully understood the pricing, contracts, and exactly what we were paying for, so we never felt rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how personalized his recommendations were. He asked about our lifestyle, including our dogs, and explained the differences in leather quality and durability so we could choose the best furniture for our family's needs. He helped us understand what would hold up best with everyday wear versus furniture for a room that isn't used as often. David was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision rather than just making a sale. We truly appreciated his honesty, expertise, and exceptional customer service. If you're shopping for furniture, I highly recommend asking for David T. You won't be disappointed!

Ida made our first visit at Mega Furniture amazing. She was not overbearing and very friendly. Ida is very knowledgeable about all.products and deals in the store. She even felt like a magician, the way she kept showing us secret storage compartments in different items. She helped my wife and I find the perfect living room set for our large families new home. I definitely recommend coming by and asking for Ida.
