We stopped by Mega Furniture just to browse and weren't planning to buy anything. Amanda greeted us and was incredibly helpful throughout our visit without ever being pushy, which made the experience enjoyable. As we continued looking around, we found some beautiful items at amazing prices that were too good to pass up. What started as a quick visit turned into a purchase we're genuinely excited about. We're very happy with our experience and our new furniture. Thank you, Amanda, for your excellent customer service. I’ve had a lot of experience with Mega Furniture over this past year because I regularly furnish apartments for my clients. Mike in sales has always been outstanding. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his customers. I would recommend Mike without hesitation 10/10. Unfortunately, the rest of my recent experience was extremely disappointing. It seems like there is a lack of communication between departments. I was promised one thing regarding furniture availability and delivery, but what was actually delivered was completely different. No one ever seemed to be on the same page. This latest experience has been especially frustrating because it reflects poorly on me and my professionalism with my clients, even though the mistakes were not mine. I normally hire my own movers to pick up, deliver, and assemble the furniture, and I’ve never had an issue. This was the first time I used the third-party delivery company arranged through Mega Furniture, and I was completely dissatisfied with the service from start to finish. I truly hope Mega Furniture addresses the communication issues between sales, inventory, and delivery because Mike deserves a team that follows through on the promises he makes. He’s the reason I’ve continued to do business here, but this experience has left me very disappointed.

After a long search for just the right couch, I walked in it was greeted with a big smile and a huge willingness to help. Sisco the manager was a big help and gave me a deal I could refuse. Then came Jacob who was even nicer and got everything set up for me, even delivery. For someone who has a really hard time making decisions they made it so easy and painless. I will definitely be going back for some other things that I got my eye on. I highly recommend the store. Friendly and professional. Quality of furniture is Top Notch especially for the price. You will not be disappointed. Thank you guys!
