This place is AMAZING! 🤩 Junior and Amanda were absolutely amazing—so friendly, helpful, and patient! We spent almost three hours trying to figure out exactly what we wanted, and they stayed calm and patient with us the entire time. They answered every question we had, and no matter how many times we asked, “What’s the price difference?” 😂 they were always right there to help us compare our options. They never made us feel rushed or pressured, and they made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Junior and Amanda, for being so wonderful and for helping make our furniture dreams come true! We truly appreciate you both and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for furniture!

I’ve had a lot of experience with Mega Furniture over this past year because I regularly furnish apartments for my clients. Mike in sales has always been outstanding. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his customers. I would recommend Mike without hesitation 10/10. Unfortunately, the rest of my recent experience was extremely disappointing. It seems like there is a lack of communication between departments. I was promised one thing regarding furniture availability and delivery, but what was actually delivered was completely different. No one ever seemed to be on the same page. This latest experience has been especially frustrating because it reflects poorly on me and my professionalism with my clients, even though the mistakes were not mine. I normally hire my own movers to pick up, deliver, and assemble the furniture, and I’ve never had an issue. This was the first time I used the third-party delivery company arranged through Mega Furniture, and I was completely dissatisfied with the service from start to finish. I truly hope Mega Furniture addresses the communication issues between sales, inventory, and delivery because Mike deserves a team that follows through on the promises he makes. He’s the reason I’ve continued to do business here, but this experience has left me very disappointed.

After a long search for just the right couch, I walked in it was greeted with a big smile and a huge willingness to help. Sisco the manager was a big help and gave me a deal I could refuse. Then came Jacob who was even nicer and got everything set up for me, even delivery. For someone who has a really hard time making decisions they made it so easy and painless. I will definitely be going back for some other things that I got my eye on. I highly recommend the store. Friendly and professional. Quality of furniture is Top Notch especially for the price. You will not be disappointed. Thank you guys!

We walked into Mega Furniture just to look around, not planning on buying anything. A salesman named Nick approached us and was very helpful without being pushy. As we continued browsing, we ended up finding some really great couches at amazing prices. What started as just a quick visit turned into a purchase we’re really happy with. We walked out very satisfied and would definitely come back again.

Absolutely 10/10 experience. My sales agent was Amanda, and she made this process so easy and exciting. I haven’t had furniture in my home for a whole year after moving back home to San Antonio from California. I needed everything. I got recliner couches (I’m in LOVE with them!!) a tempurpedic mattress, and a king size bed-set and Amanda really took her time with me & made sure I knew what I was buying, explained everything carefully, and she helped find the right things based on my style and needs. She truly went above and beyond with everything, especially when it came to the hard part — financing. Buying so much furniture at once can really feel like a huge weight but she is an absolute expert, and helped crunch the numbers when it came down to it. The entire team at Mega was so kind and welcoming. I actually came back to purchase more furniture after my initial delivery arrived, and her brother Josh who works there helped me pick out some beautiful lamps. Delivery was also a breeze!! They called and texted about 25 minutes before delivery, and the movers were so kind & got my furniture setup super quickly. I am OVER THE MOON with this experience and truly can’t thank everyone at Mega Furniture enough for helping me pick out my “investment pieces for my new adult life” 🥰 Thank you so much!!!!
