Had the best experience at Richardson Appliance shopping for fridges! They have a really nice selection of appliances at fair prices. The employees are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and awesome to deal with. We purchased 1 for the kitchen, and 1 for the garage. One was wheeled home on foot haha. The delivery man brought the other, and was also awesome. He wheeled the fridge into the kitchen from the alley and set it all up, amazing service! They are working great, and will return here when looking for new appliances.

The owner is incredibly kind and truly cares about her customers. The gentleman who works with her is very knowledgeable and takes the time to help you find exactly what you need. They have a great selection of refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other appliances at excellent prices. Their customer service is outstanding, and they go above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of. I’ll definitely be purchasing all of my future appliances from them and would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends!

Honestly the best experience! My sales guy Terry was super helpful and never tried to oversell me. I found a great washer and dryer set, and the whole buying process was easy and stress-free. After 15 months, I noticed the dryer wasn’t heating like it should and my warranty had already expired. Even so, they still came out for FREE to check it out. Turns out nothing was actually wrong — the dryer vent/tub in the back just needed to be cleaned out. The technician cleaned it for me and even took the time to align the legs on both machines so they wouldn’t wobble anymore. The level of customer service, even after the warranty expired, was truly above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases and highly recommend them!
