Their machines are great. I have a small one and a large one. I bought the large one after being relatively satisfied with the small (even though there are some issues with it being too wet on the low setting). I had an issue with the XL capacity humidifier not lasting throughout the night like the small one, they’ve ignored my 3 follow ups for a solution. They are costly so I expected better customer service and warranty.

I heard lots of good things about carepod and decided to try for my newborn. Loved and enjoyed for a while. After a while, it started not working. I reached out to customer service and Cullen was able to help. He was very professional and followed up after he resolved the issue! How great is that! Now i am deeply in love with carepod. I decided to buy one for my mom.

Update: Carepod has not asked me to update my review. I am doing so independently. Customer service got back to me and is sending me a replacement unit. I am returning my broken one so they can investigate what's wrong with it. I am satisfied. Original review: I love their humidifiers, but they have subpar customer service. The two units I own are easy to clean and operate. They are less than a year old. One recently stopped working. I contacted Carepod (they only accept messages which they respond to within a few hours and have no chat or phone number for customer service). They asked me to send a video of the issue, which I did, but have said nothing since about either fixing or replacing my unit which is still under warranty and I have reached out twice since to ask for an update. In sum, great product, poor customer service.
