Excellent company! Erica is always very friendly and professional on the phone. The technician Alex did an amazing job fixing my LG washer. It needed the gasket replaced which took a long time. He stayed and made sure everything was in working order. We are very pleased with this company and we highly recommend them.

My husband and I had a very bad experience with the receptionist Erica. She was very rude and unprofessional. She rescheduled my appointment twice without notifying me or my husband and then proceeded to lie and say that I had rescheduled twice. I had to take two days off from work because of her deception and unprofessional behavior. Erica is representing this company in a very bad way. She also will not answer my phone calls when I or my husband call the business phone number. I do not recommend this business because of Erica.
