Central Showrooms (Formerly Stevenson's Appliances)

This is the second time I buy all new kitchen appliances from Central (previously Stevenson’s). They have done all the appliances at 2 new homes and they have the best customer service. My go-to salesman is Joe! He’s on the ball and makes sure everything from picking the right appliances to delivery and install goes perfectly. Their install team is very professional. I highly recommend calling Joe if you need new appliances.

Excellent Customer Service! Highly recommend! The moment I walked into the showroom on north 10th St in McAllen, Tx I was greeted by Joe Villarreal and made to feel welcome. Joe was never pushy or over-bearing. He answered all my questions and gave me options. I was in the market for a washer and dryer. I received top notch service from several departments. Assistant Manager: Lisa… Sales Rep: Joe Villarreal… Service Dept: Christina and Sylvia Installation Crew: Chris, Ruben, Jonathan, and Pablo… Technical Crew: Juan Villarreal and Antonio Muñoz… All of these long term employees of Central Plumbing (Formerly Stevensons) were extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind. I walked into this appliance store for the first time and I was treated very well. I am now the proud owner of my dream appliances… a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer. A huge thanks to Central Plumbing.

This is Deb Trappe...I want to compliment the manners,expertise and efficiency of Chris Mata. He is precise in measurements and product quality. Chris and his partner are definitely role models for other employees to follow. He answered all of our questions conservatively and that I respect in today's economy.
