I recently bought a refrigerator and a washer from J&R Appliances, and the whole experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, patient, and helped me choose the right appliances for my home without any pressure. The prices were fair, everything was exactly as described, and the appliances have been working perfectly. Delivery was on time, and the customer service was great from start to finish. I highly recommend J&R Appliances and will definitely shop here again

After picking up my washer. No contact for two days. Then called on third day to be prompted on what was the washers issue. They said there was no issue on multiple washes then returned the washer with a door lock issue. Texted for a call back and never got a response. Not good, look elsewhere or check YouTube.
