We bought a washer/dryer at Kellum and Son and the experience could not have been better. The sales person, Rick answered all our questions and we felt good about the purchase. Justen & Rico delivered the set and were professional and personable. They took care to ensure there were no wall scratches. They also ran a test to make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Long for making the process of buying a washer and dryer so seamless! I requested specific Speed Queen units last year that weren't in stock, and he gave me alternative options if I needed to purchase ASAP. Though I was able to repair my current washer, he contacted me weeks later when he finally had the original units I wanted. No other company I reached out to followed up or spoke to me at any length about what I was looking for. Flash forward to now - my washer is fully defunct, so I reached out to Long. He responded within minutes and now I have a new w/d set coming in just a few days. Thank you for going the extra mile, Long!

Had to replace my old washer and dryer today which I had been dreading. However a close friend suggested I call James Casser with Ed Kellum. What a plant surprise! He made everything so easy and explained several options. I didn’t even have to go to the store as we handled it all on line and James scheduled the delivery for tomorrow! So much better than going to a Big Box store as the customer service was exceptional. Many thanks James.

High praise for Long in sales and Justen and Rico in delivery! My washer died on Sunday morning, so went to Ed Kellum Monday to get a replacement. Decided to get a washer, dryer, and fridge at same time as well. Long was the Sales Manager who helped me find appliances that would fit within my space limitations (I took measurements). Long was extremely helpful. Monday was a holiday, so appliances could be delivered Wednesday. Rico called Wednesday morning to provide a delivery window. Rico and Justen removed my old appliances and installed the new ones. HIGHLIGHT: They rank as my number one delivery experience ever. Extremely careful with incredible communication throughout. They spotted a dent in the new fridge (box had no issue) and explained options. The washer did not have an instruction booklet (think this is a brand issue, as I saw a review on Asko site about it). Justen found the manual online and texted it before they left. So, no washer on Sunday; happy customer by Wednesday!
