We live on a ranch outside of Clayton, NM. I honestly tried to do business in state as we’ve taken such an economic hit during COVID, but no one would deliver a refrigerator. My neighbor suggested Loves and I can’t believe what a pleasure it was to do business with them. I called and not only did they have in stock the exact item we needed, it was delivered and set up the next morning. Thank you Jessica and Cameron for exceptional, excellent service and fair price. We will be back and I will spread the word!

Looked everywhere for a chest freezer. Called loves and they had one left. Paid for it over the phone, drove over an hour to get it, they had it ready and even loaded it into the van for me. Told me if I had any problems to give them a call. Jessica was awesome. She gave me options of what they had and was very polite and courteous. Thank you so much!!!

My washer quit on a Friday!!! Called Love‘s, he made the 40 mile trip to put me back in business. Not all repair businesses would give you the same day service & I was ready to wait till the next week but they knew it needed to be fixed now! Thanks for the customer care & I know where I’ll be buying my next appliances!
