Super disappointed with them. When I called and scheduled service I gave all information needed (model #, type of machine, brand) to have parts on the truck. I was told by the young lady who scheduled that the technician would have everything needed so I would not need to take more time off from work. When the technician arrived at my house they took one loos look at my washing machine & said we will need to order parts & schedule a return visit to complete repair. So frustrating. I waisted a full day & missed work for them to take 5 minutes & say they didn't have parts. Very disappointed. Will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Decided to buy a dishwasher from them. I prefer to support local businesses as often as I can. I was and am absolutely pleased with them. Competitive pricing. Even compared to the big box stores, extremely friendly sales and staff members all through the process. The dishwasher took just a little bit longer to be delivered to them than was originally expected (supplier delay, not Buddy's), but they kept me informed. I will absolutely will continue to do business with them.

We needed a new dishwasher and went to Buddy’s. Our salesman, David, was great showed us two models that met our requirements, beat the Lowes price including installation and removal of the old unit. Installation was fast and clean and the two techs couldn’t have been better. Very pleased with the new dishwasher and service.

I have used Buddy’s Appliance repair service several times, most recently today. They are consistently polite, efficient and reasonable. Today I anticipated having to replace the electronic control panel on my microwave. The service man, Bubba took the time to remove and inspect the component and was able to correct the fault on the existing pad. That saved me money and really built my trust in this company. I recommend them to everyone and applaud their honest business practices. Thank you Buddy’s Appliance!
