Our oven was on the brink of going out and this company was recommended by Circle N Appliance. I’ve only heard horror stories about appliance repair but Bryan proved me wrong. We called in the morning and he was out that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained how the part worked and why this happened. I felt comfortable with him in our home and my checkbook was happy too. I’ve already told my friends to use this company when they need a repair. 12/10 stars would use again🤩

I needed work on a GE refrigerator and a friend referred Direct Appliance. Couldn't be more satisfied with Devin (old Devin, there's two). He diagnosed the problem in minutes, ordered the parts and installed them as soon as they arrived. Best of all it was much more affordable than I ever imagined. You have a loyal customer.

My experience all around was great. The repair man came ON Time and on the right day.😁 Was very respectful, patient and very knowledgeable. Came right in, listened to my concerns and what was going on and got to work. Didn't take very long to fix my dryer and I payed a very reasonable price for the repair. He even answered ALL my questions which I appreciated very much!! I have their buisness card stuck to the side of my dryer/washer so I know who to call next time I'm having issues. Would very much recommend this company. When I find where I wrote down the repair mans name I will post that too. Repair man's name is Jason😁
