I made a single phone call and the owner was very rude to my request! All I ask was for a better price wish is always part of any deal! But the owner became rude and told me to call someone else with in my price range????? She didn’t even now me. Bad business….

I can't say enough good things about this place or tbe transparency and honesty of the owners. When I described the problem I was having with a washer I had bought from them in tbe past instead of trying to sell me the washer they had there and just easily fix the one I was going to bring in, he told me it was just the motor coupling. And he actually took apart a washer to show me what I needed to replace (the motor coupling) and they even gave me the motor coupling part free of charge for me to fix. I just got home and following his instructions I replaced the motor coupling in under 15 minutes and now again my wife has a working washer. Thank you guys I will highly recommend you to friends and family. You not only sell great stuff but also stand behind it and go above and beyond to help your customers.

My Maytag washer quit spinning and found that the washer tub kit had stripped out. The only place where I could find the correct part in stock in the E. Tenn/Knoxville are was Budget Appliances right here in Sevierville. They had the right part and the price was better than the others who I would have had to order and have shipped... Budget Appliances has my business forever now... Thanks!

Made a cold call to this place based on previous reviews. We needed two hard to find appliances. ( college range and intermediate fridge) They had both. At great prices. Took one home and will pick up the other when it is ready. Nice clean department store feeling. The owners were family friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks
