We purchased an LG washing machine, got it home, and it didn't work; it was knocking. We called Thomas, one of the owners, right away. He came out that same night and brought a replacement washer. It worked great! After using the LG washer, we decided to buy the matching set, so he brought the LG matching set out to us. We paid the additional cost for the dryer. We used the dryer, and it did not heat. He came out the next day and changed out the sensor. It still did not heat. We returned it and got a full refund for the dryer. This place stands behind their word; 100% customer service is beyond excellent. If you're looking for scratch and dent appliances, I highly, highly recommend this business. We purchased an upright full size freezer split from these folks and it works great. I would encourage everyone to check out their supply of appliances. It might have a scratch or dent BUT for half the price it’s well worth it. They also back the product with a 1 year warranty should anything happen. The coolest part was I received a follow up call the next day to make sure the product was functioning correctly. Thanks Ultimate Appliance for a great experience.
