I bought a 55" television from Walmart, but it turns out that Walmart was just the middle man, and it actually came from Electronic Express. i was informed I would have it by Saturday (today). Then I received notice that it would be delivered early (yesterday, before 7 PM.) I checked several times by looking for the package outside my front door. It still wasn't there by 9:30 PM. Not feeling well, I fell asleep, woke at 4 AM and checked the front door again, just in case. Finally, I went to the Walmart website to see when my updated delivery time would be, and much to my shock, they said the item had been delivered at 5 PM the night before. When I clicked on the delivery information, I saw a photo of the television propped up against the garage, in a location hidden from my front door view. So I called Walmart customer service at 4:30 AM and was forced to argue with an AI robot for 20 minutes or so before I finally got a human being. I was told that they would make a complaint to the company, and that's when I found out that I didn't actually purchase from Walmart, but from this place. The man was nice, but since it was still dark outside, I had to wait until daybreak before going outside and trying to drag the box to my front door. The box was taller than I. Since they left it in front of the garage instead of to my door under a porch roof, it had been rained on. The box was soggy and too heavy to try to scoot all the way to the front door. Then i noticed the word FRAGILE printed on the box with two arrows showing how the box should be handled. The delivery person left it propped up vertically instead of horizontally as the arrows indicated. In the rain. In a location that cannot be seen from my front door. i also noticed that the edge of the box had been bashed in and tape had been placed over the corner where the damage was. So I went through the agony of calling Walmart customer service again, talking to the robot and finally a human, who said they would try to have my local Walmart bring the tv to my front door and they would call me back and let me know when to expect the driver. It's been over an hour and i have not been called yet. This has been a nightmare experience and it's still not over because until i can get the box into the house, unpack it, plug it in and see if it even works, i don't know if I'll have to pack the whole thing back up and somehow return it. I am disabled, don't have a car, so who knows what I'll have to go through if it needs to be returned, on top of what I've already endured.

I called twice before visiting the store, and both times the employee was knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions about a particular washing machine. Purchase was completed with no hidden fees or charges. Delivery was on time as scheduled, installation and haul-away were seamless. Delivery guys were great!

I recently visited this electronics store and had an excellent shopping experience. The store was clean, spacious, and very well organized, making it easy to browse through different sections and compare products comfortably. The displays were modern and neatly arranged, creating a convenient and enjoyable shopping environment. The variety of electronics available was impressive. The store offered smartphones, laptops, televisions, headphones, gaming accessories, home appliances, and many other electronic products from trusted brands. I especially appreciated the availability of both budget-friendly and premium options, making it suitable for different customer needs and budgets. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout my visit. They patiently answered my questions, explained product features clearly, and recommended suitable options based on my requirements. Their professional attitude and technical knowledge made the shopping experience smooth and stress free. Another thing I appreciated was the clean and comfortable atmosphere of the store. The checkout process was quick and organized, and the staff ensured all billing, warranty, and product details were explained properly. The products on display appeared genuine, updated, and well maintained. The pricing was fair considering the quality, variety, and customer service provided. Overall, this electronics store offers reliable products, professional assistance, and an excellent shopping experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality electronic devices and accessories. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely return again in the future.

Just browsing but picked up a new Yeti Rambler Magslider lid. Lots of other electronic household stuff. Parking is busy because Vanderbilt Health is on the second floor of this strip mall.

Well started off really excited that I found the stove my wife has been wanting for awhile now. That excitement quickly turned into disappointment after delivery of the stove. 1. The stove was delivered by 1 guy with a pickup truck, that my wife had to help get the stove on the porch. 2. He did not stick around long enough to inspect the stove to ensure no damage. 3. Once we opened the package it was quickly noticed that the stove was damaged in several places, the neck where all the oven controls are was bent out of 90°( looked like it dropped on the neck and almost bent over) causing the stove top not to sit evenly. Also one of the side panels was dented so in that the panel itself came off the frame. 4. Once determine the stove was damaged I immediately reached out to sales where I was told they can get me a full refund or a partial credit for the damage. Normally I would have gotten the full refund and bought elsewhere, but I was desperate for a working stove since my current one was unrepairable. My issue is with the partial credit, it was only 10% of the stove price not including the delivery fee ($199). I tried talking to someone who controls the partial credit amount and was told that they can't go any higher because they would not make any money on the stove if they did ( I would have been satisfied with a refund of the delivery fee). I'm a residential craftsman and deal with customer service every day. If I damage a customer property I pay for the damage. That's why I carry liability insurance. I imagine the carrier also has liability insurance for the same purpose. Electronic Express should have filed a claim with the carrier for the damaged stove and not have the customer deal with it. I understand we have to make money, but the pure laziness and disregard for customer satisfaction does not sit well with me. I will NEVER BUY NOR RECOMMEND ELECTRIC EXPRESS AGAIN!
