I called to see if they had the part I needed. I gave them the factory Whirlpool number and they said they had it and gave me the price that was a dollar above retail of other stores like Tribles. So I went ahead to the store to get the part. Everyone is nice but the part was not a Factory OEM part. They didn't tell me that over the phone and those parts are a fraction of the price of the Factory parts and I don't normally buy generic parts because they usually are not built to the same quality as the Factory. If it was cheaper and I had been told upfront it wasn't OEM I wouldn't have an issue.

I’ve been using Corlew Appliance regularly for my rental properties, and they are truly one of the best service companies I’ve ever worked with. John, who has repaired several of my appliances, is exceptional. Not only is he highly skilled and knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to explain things clearly, helping me understand how to better care for my units. His professionalism and willingness to share his expertise make a big difference. I highly recommend Corlew Appliance!
