This place isn't open on Saturdays. Drove all the way out there(20 miles) to look for a part and they were closed. Update your hours on Google. It isn't hard.

I called to see if they had the part I needed. I gave them the factory Whirlpool number and they said they had it and gave me the price that was a dollar above retail of other stores like Tribles. So I went ahead to the store to get the part. Everyone is nice but the part was not a Factory OEM part. They didn't tell me that over the phone and those parts are a fraction of the price of the Factory parts and I don't normally buy generic parts because they usually are not built to the same quality as the Factory. If it was cheaper and I had been told upfront it wasn't OEM I wouldn't have an issue.
