I had never bought an appliance from a scratch and dent store before I walked into Black Friday. Immediately, my skepticism about such businesses was disarmed by Jennifer’s professional and courteous demeanor. Their appliances are name brand with competitive pricing. If you can find the same appliance cheaper elsewhere they will match or beat it. I bought an LG dryer that did not work properly. When I stopped by the store to see what I needed to do, they were very apologetic and let me exchange the one I had purchased for the same model with no fuss. They will treat you honestly and fairly.
