Victor and Kyle were outstanding! I found an LG air conditioner on Facebook Marketplace that turned out to be listed by Spin Cycle. I was looking for a replacement unit for my grandparents, and they responded almost immediately with friendly, professional service. They answered all of my questions quickly, and when I arrived at the store, I found out the unit was still at their warehouse. Kyle had it brought over in less than 10 minutes, which was incredibly impressive. They made the entire process fast, smooth, and stress-free, and even helped me load it into my vehicle. On top of that, they gave me an excellent price on a brand-new unit. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore. I highly recommend Spin Cycle, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Five-star service all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Woke up to a freezer thawing & refrigerator barely holding a cool temp. They were able to send a guy out before noon. The 5 year old refrigerator (not bought from them) was toast. They measured what I could replace it with, sent me options that were in stock to look at. Went to their store and picked out a new one. They were able to deliver it & installed before 4pm. Saving my food and relieving so much stress. I would highly recommend them to anyone asking for a great local appliance shop.
