Getting our new fridge delivered has been a nightmare. We paid extra for the red card delivery, which we shouldn’t have done because it didn’t help get our fridge any sooner. We were told it would be delivered on Friday. Didn’t hear anything from Karl’s so we called them to get an update. They said they couldn’t find anywhere that said for it to be delivered and installed on Friday and used the excuse that it didn’t make the truck. They told us it would be delivered the following Monday. We called again on Monday to make sure that was still the plan. Again, the lady we spoke to said she couldn’t find anywhere that it was supposed to be delivered. Someone is definitely dropping the ball of making sure our delivery and install is set up and in the system. Who knows where our fridge is even at at this point. Update: We just got a text from our sales guy and were told it now won’t be delivered until Wednesday. We’ll see if that actually happens because each day we called for an update we have been told the same story.

We have always gone to Karl’s to purchase our appliances so after our last purchase 15 years ago, we returned for a kitchen and laundry refresh. Drew was our salesman and was very knowledgeable about the products and steered us in the direction of a beautiful LG set. Delivery happened less than a week later by Crew 2 (Jake & Joey). Both men were very professional and courteous. They made sure everything was level and that I was comfortable with how the new appliances operated. We are hopeful to get the same 15 years out of the new stuff but when they do quit, we’ll head right back to Karl’s because of how they treat us each time!

Went into Karls today, Transaction was very quick, they had what I needed when they said they were gonna have it. Todd was a great salesman very professional. I’m sure I’ll be back to potentially get a dryer later on. I ended up getting a speed queen TC –5 looks like a very good machine. It looks like it’s gonna last for years. I’m so happy.

We went shopping for the Kitchenaid Juniper appliances just to see them in person to get a visual. Karls had them on display and with Drew's knowledge of everything Kitchenaid, it did not take long before we decided to purchase. We were in and out of the store in 45 minutes. Karls has competitive prices and super service. Drew coordinated all the delivery/installation needs we had, it is so nice not to have to worry about those details. We are anxious to see them in place and appreciate the peace of mind we have for our purchases. Quality, zero stress and ease of choosing what we needed promptly is #1 in our book. Drew was are salesman. Top notch! Professional and patient. Always had time to answer any concerns we had. Highly recommend him. The install crews were fantastic! We had a few requests and the completed every thing to our satisfaction with smiles and polite attitudes. We have bought several times from Karl’s and this is Why. They obviously have a culture that cars about the customer first and they deliver. Thank You!!
