They were called out through Lowe’s extended warranty on our fridge. Customer service was great! The tech was nice, respectful, explained everything clearly. I even got a follow up call after the appointment with the next steps in the process. This is a business doing business right!

Was very pleased with the service. Chase came in the time frame that was stated. He took the time to explain the problem with my washer and was very professional. Would not hesitate to call them again!! Thank you!!

Chase came out and was very professional and friendly.He fixed the issue really quick.Also I will add that customer service was very quick to call back confirming appointment date and time and was outstanding and nice.I will use this company for all my future repairs.I recommend them to everyone.

Very rude and will not work within the time frame given to help the customer. Will demand you either be there when he says he’s on his way or he will cancel your appointment. Would recommend any other company in that area like advantage who will help with a time that can best work for both you if you put in the comments like we did.

It’s hard to find companies that’s you trust to come into your home and service your equipment but these guys are it. Very professional and knowledgeable. Always on time and very easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone with appliance issues. we have a newer LG washer.
