Preferred Appliance has a great selection at competitive prices. Bobby was very helpful as I chose a new refrigerator. Next day delivery was a bonus and the delivery men were courteous, respectful of my property and fast at installing and moving my old fridge. Highly recommend Preferred Appliance over the big box stores.

Amazing service here! Tim was so great and well educated on the products. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly and professional. No one stalked us for sales, but they were readily available at the same time. He helped us narrow down our options. They do next day delivery as opposed to big chains like Home Depot needing to order. I am so glad we stopped in and were able to shop local as well!

We had a repairman come out today to take a look at our garage refrigerator, who was very kind and personable. He explained how much it would cost to repair, which wasn't really worth it, and how we might as well buy another one. With it being a garage fridge, he suggested a used one or a scratch and dent one, which they also sell. We have bought multiple appliances (fridge, washer and dryer) from Preferred Appliance and have always been happy with the sales and service. Thank you!!

I was very happy with Logan. He got here about 8:30 so I didn't have to wait all day. He gave my 26-year-old refrigerator a good going-over and was very nice about telling me that they don't make the parts for it anymore, which I was expecting. He then sent all my information to the service team so I can order my new one over the phone. I got very good service from Preferred Appliance and will be using them again.
