Preferred Appliance has a great selection at competitive prices. Bobby was very helpful as I chose a new refrigerator. Next day delivery was a bonus and the delivery men were courteous, respectful of my property and fast at installing and moving my old fridge. Highly recommend Preferred Appliance over the big box stores.

Called and tech here next day. Knew exactly the issue. Ordered the part that day, Friday, and notified Wednesday it was in. Installed on Thursday. The tech was Logan and we would be very happy anytime we required service if Logan was the tech. Very professional and courteous. Great experience.

I've been driving past this store for a really long time and when my refrigerator freezer from LG broke down the other day, my husband and I stopped in to see what kinds we could see there. We were waited on right away by Sandi and she helped us with a gorgeous GE side by side. Anyway, the two young men that brought and installed our new baby were really nice and polite and explained everything we need to know about operating our purchase. Kudos to everyone involved!! Great experience!

Very professional.Gave estimates before performing work so there were no surprises. Our technician was Will and he was wonderful. He showed up prepared and was In and out without any issues at all. Very kind and Polite. Called before he showed up. I will continue to use and recommend this service time and time again.
