So happy I used Signature Appliances to purchase my new washing machine! I specifically wanted the Speed Queen TR7 which has limited availability in our area. I was only able to find one other location with it in stock and they were not honoring the prices of most other retailers. Max worked on sourcing one for me the day I called and was very honest and accommodating and offered it at the price I was hoping for. He arranged the delivery and haul away of my old machine. The install team was helpful and efficient as well. They advised switching to a different outlet by my washer as opposed the one we were using as it is more protected and safe by today's standards for electricity. So, so happy with the customer service provided by this company and will be using them again for future appliances! Way better than the big box stores.

We build custom homes so I work with lots of trades and subcontractors. Signature has a top notch install and service crew and their sales reps in the office are well informed and very helpful. High end appliances require an elevated level of knowledge and finesse. This team is professional, diligent and friendly. What an amazing experience. Great companies have a great foundation built with solid Team members. Max has knowledge, hospitality, and connected with us like no other. He listened to what we wanted out of our washer and dryer and narrowed it down to three choices. He took time to explain the benefits of each to assure we made the best choice for productivity and value. I've already told family and friends to call Max with their appliance needs. The showroom will help you see things that you did not know you needed. I need to go back and get the retro range and refrigerator as well as a new built in grill, for our outdoor kitchen. Our experience with Signature Appliance Center was fantastic. In these days of supply issues these folks made sure that we were kept informed about availability and delivery expectations. We were updated frequently and the products we received could not be better. We purchased a Wolf 8 burner stove, two Sub Zero refrigerator towers, one Sub Zero freezer tower, a free standing ice maker, a built in micro wave, and a Bosch dishwasher. All these products are as you would expect for this quality of product. Our kitchen is beautiful and Signature Appliance Center along with their sister company Signature Kitchens are responsible for our wonderful new kitchen. I recommend this company without hesitation.
