If I could leave zero stars i would. I called to see if someone could come out to tell me what's wrong with my fridge.I provided the correct address and Company was 1 hour and 15 mins late. With out my permission the person came and cut the motor and did not speak any English. I was informed after calling the office that in order to diagnose my fridge the moter needed to be cut. . Not only was it a bad experience but I was charged for my fridge to be more damage than what it was before. Do not recommended their services. Now instead of repaid I now need to buy a completely new fridage. Don't waste your time or money with them.

We purchased a used Maytag front loader/ stackable machine. When in the store Mrs. Arez (I think?) was extremely nice, helpful and easy to deal with. Their prices were reasonable and our machine came with a 3 month warranty. When delivered they communicated well and were on time. Again they were very nice and helpful throughout the installation process. They stayed until they were certain that the machine was operating properly and gave us instruction on how to use it. We are very happy with our purchase and will definitely go to them again for our next Samsung appliance to breakdown. Lol. Ty
