Purchased a wall unit air conditioner on 8-3-26 and delivery was set for 2 weeks, but was informed it could be earlier . Was very pleasantly surprised receiving a text message informing me that delivery was set for 8-5-26. Great team in Cranston

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole experience, from the sales people in the showroom to the Delivery crew. Especially, after I ordered the wrong size refrigerator and it was delivered because I didn’t know I ordered the wrong size. This could’ve been a nightmare for me but it just turned out to be about another week’s wait for the correct size refrigerator to be delivered. I am so happy that I ordered my refrigerator from Wickford Appliance. Oh, I forgot one minor detail. I’ve only had it a short while, but I do love it so far. Excellent, excellent, excellent service.

Matthew helped us with purchasing a washer and dryer.He was extremely pleasant to work with and was very knowledgable about the various options available. He made the whole process a good experience… we will definitely be back to see him when we replace our grill!

Everyone at the Cranston store was absolutely wonderful. I had a space that concerned me to install my new washer in because of the door frame. I gave Amy all of the dimensions pertaining to the installation, and she passed it to the delivery manager. Everything went seamlessly, and the two delivery men were super nice and professional. If I need appliances in the future - I will definitely go to Wickford Appliance. The experience was SO much better than dealing with a large chain of appliance providers. Huge difference! Thank you to Wickford Appliance!

I’m relatively new to the area, so I asked around about appliance dealers. Wickford Appliance got high marks from several people I spoke to. They have a good reputation for service. I knew what model of washing machine I wanted when I walked into the store. The sales team was very helpful and responsive and got me through the transaction quickly. I was buying a high-end brand that is seldom discounted or on sale, so price was not a major factor in my selection of Wickford. I was able to get delivery within two days, which met my needs perfectly. Delivery was fast, efficient, courteous, and trouble free. I will be back to Wickford Appliance!
