Recently purchased a dent-and-scratch washer and dryer set, and I couldn't be happier. Since the units were going in my basement, I didn't mind a few cosmetic scratches or dents, especially for the great price.
Ian was communicative, responsive, and flexible throughout the entire process. He worked with me to coordinate delivery and made everything incredibly easy.
The only hiccup was discovering that the units wouldn't fit down my basement stairs, which was completely on me and not their fault at all! After moving a light switch and getting everything in place, the washer and dryer have been running flawlessly.
From the great value to the excellent customer service and follow-up, this was an outstanding experience. Highly recommend!
