Santos had one of his guys come out and repair the stove, and it cost $150. I thought it was very expensive, because normally he is very efficient and cost effective around $80-$100 per visit. He came and explained to me and showed me that the part cost over $95 for this stove, and that is the reason the bill was $150. Very thankful for his help and his service, however, he also said he would go back out and take care of the vent hood and not charge me for the 2nd trip because it was not taken care of the first trip. I do not believe anting he says anymore.

My landlord purchased a fridge from them mind you while in the store my landlord told them he needs two refrigerators removed and he paid them to do so he went early in the morning to make the purchase they didn't show up till almost 8pm at night and complained about removing the two fridges plus they made a mess in my kitchen they flooded it and here what really gets me i had water bottles on my counter to put in the fridge once it was up and running this delivery guy and older one took one without even asking mind you i wouldn't have minded if he asked but he took it upon himself to grab it and drink it smh the fridge so far is ok but they plugged it in right away which we all is a no no you have to let it settle its keeping my things cool but not cold will never do business with these people again!!!

A couple weeks ago my fridge stopped working right. I called this company looking to get it repaired. Santos ( one of the owners) sent this "technician " to my house to check it out. The "technician" who's name is Joel, checked it out and said he needed a deposit to get the parts to fix it. I gave him a deposit of $100 and he told me to go by the store to get a receipt for it the next morning. I called the owner as Joel told me to do to get the receipt for the deposit and he said he couldn't do that cause that was the technician's own job. Needles to say, the technician started avoiding my calls and never heard from him again. AVOID BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS PEOPLE! I EVEN TOLD THE CROOK TO GIVE ME HALF OF THE MONEY BACK AND THE OTHER HALF HE COULD KEEP FOR CHECKING THE FRIDGE. IF YOU DON'T WANT THIS PEOPLE TO RUN AWAY WITH YOUR MONEY, GO GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO SOMEBODY ELSE. THIS JOEL TECHNICIAN IS A CROOK AND SANTOS IS AS MUCH IN FAULT IN THIS FOR SENDING HIM TO MY HOUSE.
