A to Z Vacuum & Fan

2003, I came by the store because my old Dirt Devil gave out. These guys took good care of me. They had Over the Rainbow, the ukelele version, playing on the radio. It was delightful. It was like I was Dorothy in Wizard of Oz, arriving for the first time. When I came back in December of 2005, they had Walking in a Winter Wonderland playing on the radio. Absolutely beautiful arrangement. I came back in 2010 to look for another vacuum after the other one passed away from old age. Warranty was already expired. I bought an amazing Dyson vacuum, succulent and smooth but effective, which I bought for a cool price of 599.99. Totally worth it. Believe it or not I still have this vacuum in 2026. Scott, Nate, Mike, Daniel, and John are all amazing people. Not to mention Lori, who is always so kind and helpful.

Drop off vacuum and was told someone would call and let you know what is wrong. After 3 days my wife call to check. The woman told her it would be a week or more before they could look at it in a rude tone. My wife call me to let me know about her experience on the phone. I was never told a week or more to look at it. Went and pick it up was nothing even said or ask why I was picking it up. Poor customer service for sure. And that lady is like that with everyone. Maybe she should find another profession

What a joy-filled experience, coming to this store to see about a Hoover vacuum cleaner repair, and staying to learn all about the Maurice Berger “Maison Berger Paris” line of diffusers which actually neutralizes bad odors, doesn’t just mask them like air fresheners or candle scents do. I got a whole lesson on how to fill the bottle, how to set it in motion, all the safety tips and best uses by a pleasant salesperson! The store is amazing, with all little carpet runways to test out the various vacuum cleaners ( and a super line of ceiling fans) to fit most any budget. All quality vendors I was told and I believed it!
