Dons appliance has very knowledgeable sales staff. Chantel was very good to work with. She was very knowledgeable & helpful in helping us to make our decisions. The delivery date was scheduled right away and appliances were delivered days after our order was placed. We were kept apprised of the delivery time with updates. The delivery personnel, Eddie and Troy, were great. They were efficient, knowledgeable and very good at their jobs. They also installed the appliances. They were great. So nice to work with. And they cleaned up any mess that was made, which was minimal. I would buy from Don’s again and would love to have these same installers in our home.

Excellent experience from Start to Finish. Ordered a washer straight from the website as all relevant information was provided. Close out price was great. Several delivery options were immediately available. Communication is fantastic. You can track your delivery and get an ETA. The delivery team was top notch. I heard a lot of good things about Don’s and they are all true!! Don’t hesitate to buy from this truly awesome company!

Easy to order on line using the chat feature. Purchased a Speedqueen top loader washing machine. For whatever reason, the machine was leaking from below. When initially moving the machine (i.e. no hoses hooked up, etc.) I heard water sloshing around. Apparently machines may have water in them for balancing / post-testing from the manufacturer (according to a quick internet search). Since this was a new machine, I didn't pull the shrouding to troubleshoot further and only eliminated the hose connections. The prompt from the AI chat/email requesting follow up made it easy for me to raise the issue. A new machine was delivered the next business day and the faulty machine was taken back. Process went smoothly. I'm giving 4 stars only because this was either a manufacturing issue or a delivery issue, otherwise it would be 5. Also, I did ask a question on Speedqueen's website for feedback and received a satisfactory response. In summation, it's good to see a vendor and partner respond quickly and correctly to this kind of situation. Well done!

Our new stove arrived today. Two gentlemen carried it (unpackaged) up 18 steps to our first floor. The installation was quick and easy, seemingly effortless. The whole experience with Don’s from chatting with Maria online to the installation of our purchase was comfortable. My friends assured me that dealing with a local company is a good idea and that Don’s has a proven track record. So far I am delighted.
